I am not technical. Is this suitable for me?
Yes, if you are comfortable using files and talking to an AI assistant. Installation is guided. The first path focuses on adding a source, asking a question, checking the answer and using the result.
I already use Notion, Apple Notes or Google Docs.
We start from your current reality. S.I.G.N.A.L. does not require you to migrate your entire history. We select a first useful set of information and build a minimal memory around one concrete use case.
Which tools are required?
The current pathway uses a local folder and Claude Desktop with Cowork. We check the configuration and permissions together. You purchase any required software subscriptions directly.
How much maintenance is required?
No complex review is imposed at the beginning of every session. S.I.G.N.A.L. surfaces duplicates, contradictions or unreadable sources when they interfere with retrieval. We define a light routine suited to your volume.
What about confidentiality?
S.I.G.N.A.L. is designed for personal knowledge work. Do not add confidential company documents or sensitive data without authorisation. You choose the files, control the shared folder and keep the original sources.
Why be guided instead of building it alone?
